- After researching into existing digital platforms and kid's branding, a more clean cut, vector and modern design concept needed to be implemented.
- Although the design looks quite grown up and sophisticated, these are the ideals found when looking at brands for children, using brighter colours, geometric shapes and vector illustrations.
- The bright, highly saturated colours still make it appropriate for children and brings it down to their level.
- Also the curved edges and rounded typefaces and illustrations make it more friendly and approachable.
- The initial colour scheme of yellow and orange has changed, as yellow isn't suitable to be viewed on screen, as it reduce visibility and makes it hard to read.
- The child like, basic illustrations also bring it down to a child's level and in their tone of voice, without making it over complicated to be viewed or used on screen.
- As all existing digital assistants use very simplified typefaces, imagery and limited space.
- Using the question mark, rather than a character makes it less patronising and more of a usual pop up you would see on an app and the brighter colours make it seen and known.
- The different colour combinations, means it can be personalised, or that the colours keep changing to make it more interactive.
- The digital software would be both voice recognition and be able to be used by typing and asking questions.
