Design, Stock Choices and Other Collateral
- Using two colours.
- Try different tones of the purple/lilac/grey tones to see what it looks like when professionally printed.
- Next steps are to look at different paper and stocks.
- Ultra pearl, shiny has a unique sheen to it, however we need further information on whether this can be used for business cards or not.
- Didn't seem thick enough for business cards, but maybe could be used for the other collateral, such as notecards or CV.
- Although this paper is thicker and would be better for business cards.
- The paper is quite yellow and the colours may print differently on here.
- Further tests when the final designs have been selected can be tested on different samples of paper.
- Also before the final colours are selected, it needs to be experimented with how they look when printed as they look different digital than when printed.
- Two colours can be used darker tones for parties and more outgoing events and lighter colours for weddings etc.
- Further design ideas and developments for the back of the business card.
- A more simplified layout on the back of the card.
- Ideas of incorporating the rings used in previous designs.
- Using pastel coloured rings/white outlines.
- Looking at the other collateral to design and apply the logo to.
- Logo, stickers, note cards, business cards, cv, promotional pack, confetti, handwritten notes.
- A smaller version of the logo to be created, which can be placed on all collateral.
- Experiment with foiling.
