Design Development 3

Development of this design further from feedback was the idea of removal of the photographs to place focus purely on the type and the concept of the lyric that the artists communicate. Also to go back to the original concept of having the dimensions as a scaled down version of the synthesiser was thought to be strong, therefore these dimensions need to be taken into consideration again within the design. Printing just on normal photocopy paper also makes the design quite flimsy and prone to damage, therefore the stock for the front cover may need to be slightly more tactile and thicker, therefore it will protect the content inside even the inside pages are printed on cheaper paper.
The type here used is helvetica bold oblique which creates a strong type stance and communicates the strong messages that the artists's lyrics hold. Harbour has been used again and wil be finalised as the design's main text typeface as it's history and personality relates to graffiti and therefore communicates the message of the content to the audience.
