Photography DSLR Induction

Today I had the DSLR induction, I was extremely intrigued to learn how these cameras worked, as I have always wanted one of my own but have never owned one, nor have I had a chance to play around and practice with one. We learn about white balance, ISO, Apperture, Exposure, Shutter speed. For the study task we were told to go out and about and take photographs of moving objects, making them seem still or even moving, experimenting with apperture and ISO. After this induction I have now learnt the basics of how to use a DSLR camera, and now I am able to borrow them and take them out, I can now use them within studio briefs and study tasks, to get high quality images and to help with my research and ideas. I think it will help my work become more professional also.
