Below shows experimentations with logo development to be applied across the promotional and classroom materials. Using Circular Bold Std Typeface, as the round and curved edges make it appropriate for the target audience of children, also the legibility of the typeface make it suitable for use by teachers and designs for teachers. It is a friendly and approachable typeface which works well with the hand drawn, illustrative aspects of the design.
Initially the logo included the superhero mask outline to be in keeping with the superpower concept, however when placed in context it was to much with the other imagery on the designed pieces, therefore it was decided to just use type, so it stated what the initiative was clearly, and could also be easily applied within different contexts. The logo also works successfully in black and white, as well as on the purple background.
